Dwanged Ltd was established in 2011 by Bruce Harper
When the company formed it specialised in the construction of large family homes for private clients across Perthshire and Fife.
Following the successful completion of several new build homes we quickly gained an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, project management and after sales care.
As our reputation continued to grow, we began to build close working relationships with local architects and structural engineers. As these relationships have developed our range of projects has expanded and we’ve now completed several successful commercial new build and commercial extension and renovation projects.
We also act as main contractors for developers and are currently building a seven-house development of four and five bedroom homes in Forgandenny, Perthshire.
As the company has grown, we have started finding our own sites to develop and we recently started building five apartments in Pitlochry. Work has already begun on site and the project is due to complete at the end of 2020.
We have a talented and committed team of full-time staff and a loyal and reliable group of sub-contractors across all trades, many of whom have worked with us for many years and have all played a significant role in the success of the company to date.
Bruce has 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. He started his career working in sales and management roles within the builder’s merchant sector before working for several building and construction companies in the south east of England and more recently in Scotland following his move north of the border in 2008.
Bruce has always had a passion for all aspects of building and construction and established Dwanged Ltd in 2011 with the aim of providing a high standard of workmanship and building a strong reputation for his management ability to deliver a wide range of construction projects across Scotland within agreed budgets and timescales.
