DESCRIPTION
Following a successful tender process, Dwanged was employed to carry out the third and final phase of the retail development in Linburn Road. The extension was built in steel frame construction with timber infill panels and rendered block external leaf. The extension was built for Glow Nails & Beauty, an existing tenant of Alligin Properties. They required larger premises so that they could expand their business and offer a wider range of treatments and services.
