Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities

This is a key role within the company and the successful candidate will need to manage a range of domestic and commercial contracts between £250k – £2.5m across multiple sites and be responsible for the following:

– Managing, motivating and communicating with site teams on multiple projects
– Cost control of projects, minimising costs and maximising production
– Liaising with clients and design teams at monthly project meetings
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements


To be considered for this position the candidate should:

– Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in completing projects to agreed timescales and budgets
– Hold a current SMSTS qualification
– Have a high level of health and safety awareness
– Hold current First Aid and Scaffold Inspection certificates
– Be experienced in all aspects of construction from refurbishment in occupied buildings to new build domestic and commercial projects
– Be capable of planning and programming projects from start to finish
– Maintain and develop strong relationships with our clients, design teams, suppliers and sub-contractors
– Be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Hold a clean, full UK driving licence

Salary & Package

– £42k per annum

– 28 days holiday including bank holidays
